This 3-month membership is designed to help you put food-as-medicine into practice with my direct guidance. Together, we’ll focus on the three biggest challenges you face in midlife: Month 1: Sleep Restoration + Lab Review Month 2: Pain & Inflammation Relief Month 3: Gut Health Reset You’ll receive monthly 1:1 visits, mid-month touchpoints, personalized supplement and lifestyle guidance, and access to my Menopause Education Library. By the end of 90 days, you’ll not only know what to do, but you’ll have lived it with ongoing support and accountability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy All purchases are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase and before accessing services or materials may be eligible for a refund at the Provider’s discretion. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late changes may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Digital products and online programs are non-refundable once access has been granted. Refunds or exceptions outside of these terms are at the sole discretion of the Provider. By enrolling, you acknowledge that these services involve significant time, preparation, and access to proprietary resources. Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies at the discretion of the provider. All requests must be submitted in writing to wellspringdecatur@gmail.com
