Cancellation Policy
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the session fee. For multi-session packages: Unused sessions may be rescheduled within 6 months of purchase. Refunds are not available once the first session has been completed. If you decide to discontinue the Pathway, you may apply the unused portion as a credit toward other services within 6 months.
